Having been involved in the commercial real estate market in the greater Prescott area since 1990 I have been very successful in helping people accomplish their goals.

For Sellers we will:

  • Endeavor to analyze and price your property accordingly to ensure the highest and best results
  • Promote your property using industry tools available including multiple listing services and websites specializing in commercial properties to the best of my ability
  • Keep you informed of activity on your property including inquiries, showings, and requests for information and/or general market activity, trends and changes as they affect your property.
  • Communicate with you on a regular basis by phone, email, in person at a meeting with you or, at a minimum, with a monthly letter describing the activity on your property and current market trends.
  • Help you negotiate the purchase contract so you receive the highest return on your property possible

For Buyers we will:

  • Search and find properties that best meet your criteria
  • Present those properties in a timely manner and in a format that is easily understood
  • Research market information regarding the value, suitability, and availability of properties that may fit your needs
  • Arrange for you to view properties of interest
  • Help you negotiate the purchase contract so you receive the best value for your needs
